Ralph Hug Estate Auction with online simulcast bidding for firearms.
To register for this auction a credit card is required, please read additional payment terms below. THIS IS A LIVE AUCTION WITH INTERNET BIDDING AVAILABLE. Out of state buyers of firearms manufactured after 1898 must have an FFL (or C&R license if applicable) and present a copy on auction day or firearms will have to be shipped by seller through an FFl to buyer's local FFL. Any FFL & shipping costs for out of state buyers will be paid by the purchaser. BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase if you are bidding online (not applicable to live on-site bidders). Example: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at check out. PAYMENT: For bidders that purchase online, auction company prefers payment be made by bank wire transfer if firearm is being shipped to you. This is an easy process, we can simply email our banking information to you and at that time you may call or go to your bank and have the money wired to us directly. If you are a known bidder with our company, we will also accept Mastercard, Visa or Discover credit & debit cards (with a 3% convenience fee added to the invoice price). Checks will be accepted from known bidders as well. Please verify you qualify to use a credit/debit card or check before the auction if you are not sure. Cash is also accepted if you are picking up your items. Payment must be made when items are picked up or prior to shipping if applicable. Payment must be made within 48 hours from the time you receive your invoice, unless other arrangements are made with auction company. LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Winning bidders may pick their items at the auction site by 4PM on March 30th, 2016 unless alternate pick up or shipping arrangements are made with the auction company. Auction company will be happy to make pick-up arrangements for a mutually agreeable time and date if you can not pick up items on auction date. SHIPPING: Auction company will ship antique firearms (manufactured prior to 1898) to buyer via USPS or UPS (buyer's preference) within 48 hours of receiving payment. Shipping will be charged at actual cost plus a $20 packaging/handling fee per firearm. Firearms manufactured after 1898 will have to be shipped by the seller though a local FFL. There will be $20 transfer fee per firearm plus actual shipping costs. AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a long gun and at least 21 years of age to purchase a handgun. WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly. Buyer agrees to have all firemarms examined by a qualified expert to determine if it is worthy of being fired. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times. Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other auction-related technologies, Schneider Auctioneers, LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, suspend the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR SCHNEIDER AUCTIONEERS, LLC SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary by Schneider Auctioneers, LLC.
